1. General Statement

This Refund and Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) governs all payments, cancellations, and refund requests relating to services rendered by the Company. By engaging the Company or making any payment, the Client acknowledges and agrees to be bound by the terms of this Policy.

3. Project Cancellation by Client

In the event that the Client elects to cancel a project at any stage, the following shall apply:

(a) The advance amount paid shall stand forfeited;
(b) The Client shall remain liable to pay for all work completed up to the date of cancellation;
(c) No refund shall be issued for any portion of the work already completed or scheduled.

4. Recurring and Subscription-Based Services

No refunds will be issued for:

(a) Early termination;
(b) Partial usage of the service period;
(c) Non-utilisation of allocated resources.

5. Replacement or Rework

Refunds shall not be provided in lieu of dissatisfaction. Requests for modifications, corrections, or enhancements shall be treated as additional work and billed separately unless expressly covered in the applicable SOW.

6. Delivery of Work and Acceptance

Upon delivery, deployment, or handover of final work:
(a) All obligations of the Company under the SOW shall be deemed completed;
(b) No refund request relating to the delivered work shall be entertained;
(c) Subsequent changes or fixes shall be treated as new work.

7. Duplicate or Erroneous Transactions

In cases where a proven duplicate or erroneous payment has been made by the Client, the Company may, at its discretion, process a refund of the excess amount within 7–14 working days after verification.

8. Exclusion of Performance Guarantees

The Company does not guarantee:
(a) Increased sales, leads, revenue, or conversions;
(b) Specific SEO rankings or traffic metrics;
(c) Outcomes of advertisements or marketing campaigns.
Refund requests based on performance expectations shall not be entertained.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

For Clients located in India, this Policy shall be governed by the laws of India, and the courts situated in Chennai, Tamil Nadu shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
For Clients located in the United States, this Policy shall be governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, and courts therein shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
